1. Who operates the platform
RightNOW Spain is operated by RN DIGITAL RIGHTS SL, holding NIF B88793708, with registered address at C/ DINAMARCA 3 1 C, 03502 Benidorm, Alicante, España. You can reach us at info@right-now.es.
2. What RightNOW Spain is
RightNOW Spain is a digital protection platform for your rights in Spain. We help people cut through bureaucracy, understand their situation and organise the next step in administrative, banking, employment and consumer matters. Among other things, the platform offers:
- NAVI, our AI assistant, which structures your case, suggests a route and tells you the next step;
- personalised routes and action plans (for example, for residence, benefits or complaints);
- document preparation and review, and generation of letters and forms from your data;
- case and file tracking;
- support with residence through a gestor, benefits (INSS, SEPE), banking, rent, insurance, fines and traffic (DGT), town-hall procedures, employment and consumer disputes.
RightNOW is not a law firm and does not guarantee any outcome. We are an informational, organisational and document-support service. Decisions are made by public authorities (Extranjería, INSS, SEPE, DGT, the town hall, the tax agency, etc.), banks, insurers, courts and other organisations, under their own rules and judgement.
NAVI and our AI tools help structure your situation, route, documents and next step, but they do not replace individual legal advice from a lawyer where that is needed. Where a procedure requires a licensed or registered professional (a lawyer, gestor administrativo, mediator, court agent or other), we will say so explicitly.
3. Terms of use
Access to the platform is voluntary and implies acceptance of this legal notice, of the Terms and conditions and of the Privacy policy. You agree to use RightNOW Spain lawfully and in good faith, and to provide truthful, up-to-date information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide; the quality of the guidance and of the documents depends on it.
4. Intellectual property
The platform's content (text, design, the "RightNOW" brand, software, models, templates and other elements) belongs to RN DIGITAL RIGHTS SL or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior authorisation is not permitted, except for the personal use inherent in the service. The documents you generate for your case are for your own use.
5. Liability
We work to keep information correct and current, but rules and administrative criteria change often. RightNOW Spain does not guarantee that the information is error-free or applicable to your specific case. To the extent permitted by law, RN DIGITAL RIGHTS SL is not liable for damage arising from use of the platform, from third-party decisions (authorities, banks, insurers, courts) or from information provided by the user.
6. External costs
Administrative fees, sworn translations, apostilles, notary costs, external professionals' fees and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included in the platform's services unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. External links
The platform may link to third-party sites (official bodies, banks, professionals). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile where the user acts as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update this legal notice to reflect changes in the law or the service. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
