Family reunification in Spain: initial residence authorization granted
The goal was to complete the route for an initial temporary residence authorization in Spain through family reunification. In this type of case, the practical work is to connect the regrouping person's status, the family member's situation, the document package for Extranjería and the next steps after approval: residence visa request and later TIE card appointment.
Extranjería issued a favourable decision granting temporary residence by family reunification. The resolution also set the next deadlines: the family member must request the residence visa within two months from notification to the regrouping person, and then apply for the Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero (TIE) within one month after entering Spain.
RightNOW turned the process into a clear route from filing to the next practical steps: checking the application logic, tracking deadlines, reading the resolution and preparing the post-approval plan so the favourable decision could move on to the visa and TIE stages.
- document package for initial family-reunification residence
- Extranjería resolution granting the authorization
- deadline notes for the residence visa request
- TIE appointment and fee checklist after entry into Spain
- work-authorization note for regrouped family members of working age
A favourable immigration resolution is not the end of the practical route. In family reunification, missing the visa or TIE step can turn an approved case into a new problem, so the approval must be followed by a clean calendar and document checklist.
Residence for a child born in Spain: authorization granted until 2030
- RightNOW identified the correct residence-permit category for a resident’s child born in Spain.
- Checked eligibility, documents and the form, then helped prepare and file the application correctly with Extranjería.
- After the positive resolution, RightNOW explained the permit validity dates and the practical next steps for the TIE card.

Residence for a child born in Spain: authorization granted until 2030
An initial residence application was filed for a minor foreign child born in Spain to a parent who already held residence authorization. This route is specific: it is not ordinary family reunification and not a student route, but residence for a child of a resident under the regulation on foreign minors born in Spain.
Extranjería granted initial temporary residence for the child of a resident, with validity from 11 December 2025 to 10 December 2030. The resolution also states that the authorization takes full effect before the administration and third parties, without being conditional on obtaining the TIE, although the TIE must still be requested within one month.
RightNOW made the route clear: identifying the correct residence category, reading the grant resolution, checking the validity dates and preparing the practical TIE follow-up after approval.
- document package for initial residence of a child born in Spain
- Extranjería grant resolution
- validity dates of the residence authorization
- TIE appointment and fee instructions
- note that the authorization is effective even before the physical TIE card is issued
For children born in Spain to foreign residents, choosing the correct immigration route matters. The practical risk is usually not the legal category alone, but missing the post-approval TIE step or misunderstanding when the authorization already has legal effect.
Spanish citizenship by residence: Ministry of Justice issued a favourable resolution
- RightNOW read the resolution, identified the legal result, isolated the practical deadline and prepared the next steps: Civil Registry appointment, documents for the oath or affirmation and deadline control so the favourable decision is not lost because of a missed formal step.

Spanish citizenship by residence: Ministry of Justice issued a favourable resolution
A favourable resolution was issued in a Spanish citizenship by residence case. In these cases, approval is not the last practical step: the result still depends on completing the oath or affirmation of loyalty to the Constitution and laws, and on registration with the Spanish Civil Registry.
The Ministry of Justice granted Spanish citizenship by residence. The resolution sets a deadline: within 180 days from the day after notification, the required steps must be completed before the Civil Registry. If that deadline is missed, the grant of citizenship may lose effect.
RightNOW read the resolution, identified the legal result, isolated the practical deadline and prepared the next steps: Civil Registry appointment, documents for the oath or affirmation and deadline control so the favourable decision is not lost because of a missed formal step.
- resolution granting Spanish citizenship by residence
- Ministry of Justice instructions for the oath or affirmation and registration
- 180-day deadline from notification
- document checklist for the Civil Registry
- post-resolution next-step checklist
In Spanish citizenship cases, a favourable resolution is a strong result, but not the moment to relax. Until the oath or affirmation and Civil Registry steps are completed, there is still a risk of losing the effect of the decision because of the 180-day deadline.
Birth and childcare benefit: INSS recognized the right to payment
INSS recognized the right to the birth and childcare benefit. The decision is positive, while the amount remains linked to the contribution base check described in the resolution.
- RightNOW checked eligibility for the birth and childcare benefit, the application logic and the key INSS conditions.
- Prepared and reviewed the document set, helped complete the form and submit the application without avoidable errors.
- After the INSS resolution, RightNOW explained the result, the provisional amount calculation, payment dates and the deadline for a possible reclamación previa.

INSS reviewed the application for the birth and childcare benefit. The resolution recognized the right to payment and ordered payment for past periods.
INSS recognized the right to the benefit with economic effect from 22 August 2025. The resolution also states that the daily benefit amount was calculated provisionally using the latest available contribution base and may be checked later.
RightNOW reviewed the INSS resolution, separated the positive legal result from the provisional calculation of the amount, identified the deadline for a possible prior administrative claim and prepared a practical checklist: what to check in the contribution base, dates, payment and appeal route.
- INSS resolution recognizing the right to the birth and childcare benefit
- economic-effect date for the payment
- provisional daily regulatory base and daily benefit amount
- note on later checks of contributions for the month when leave started and the previous two months
- 30-working-day deadline for a prior administrative claim if the person disagrees
- separate route to challenge the regulatory base if it becomes final after three months
A positive benefit resolution is not always the end of the check. It matters to know whether the amount is final, which contributions may still be reviewed and what deadline applies if the base or amount is wrong.

Self-employed person (autónomo) vs online tax platform and insurer: moral damage claim
- A simplified civil claim (juicio verbal) for €1,000 is being prepared for moral damage and consequences linked to the professional error.
- Before filing, documentation has been requested regarding professional liability insurance: applicable insurance policy (póliza), coverage terms, exclusions, limits, basis for denial and the documents the insurer used to form its position.
The amount is the client’s claim, not a promised outcome: the decision is made by a court or authority. We are responsible for preparation and support.

Self-employed person (autónomo) vs online tax platform and insurer: moral damage claim
A self-employed person (autónomo) asked an online tax platform to prepare quarterly taxes and request payment in instalments. According to the case documents, the deferral/instalment request (aplazamiento/fraccionamiento) was not processed as expected: the full tax amount was charged at once, causing a sudden loss of liquidity and a later chain of complaints.
The dispute is not simply about refunding taxes already paid. The question is whether a professional error in tax handling can create separate harm: loss of a real chance to pay in instalments, an unexpected full charge, stress, broken financial planning and time spent pursuing complaints against the platform, the tax adviser and the insurer.
A simplified civil claim (juicio verbal) for €1,000 is being prepared for moral damage and consequences linked to the professional error. Before filing, documentation has been requested regarding professional liability insurance: applicable insurance policy (póliza), coverage terms, exclusions, limits, basis for denial and the documents the insurer used to form its position.
- messages with the platform and tax adviser
- confirmations about whether the payment-plan request (fraccionamiento/aplazamiento) was filed
- bank charges
- tax calculation
- insurer response
- pre-claim document request about the insurance policy (póliza)
- draft simplified civil claim (juicio verbal)
These mistakes look "technical" only on screen. In real life, the wrong payment method or a missing payment-plan request (aplazamiento) can mean losing money reserved for rent, health, family or work. That is why tax cases require checking not only the amount, but also the filing method, filing receipt (justificante), Tax Agency (Hacienda) status and professional insurance documents.
Cyclist vs car insurer: juicio verbal after denial of compensation
- The case is in juicio verbal for €1,200 under a direct claim against the insurer (acción directa).
- The claim, annexes and submissions responding to the insurer's procedural position have been prepared, including a request to disclose the medical report produced at the insurer's own initiative.
The amount is the client’s claim, not a promised outcome: the decision is made by a court or authority. We are responsible for preparation and support.

Cyclist vs car insurer: juicio verbal after denial of compensation
After a bicycle traffic incident, the injured person contacted the vehicle insurer as a third-party claimant. According to the case documents, the insurer opened a claim file (expediente), requested documents and arranged a medical examination, but later denied compensation by disputing liability and the circumstances of the accident.
The dispute is not only about whether the accident happened. A key question is whether the insurer complied with its duty to issue a reasoned response (respuesta motivada), disclose the medical report and pay at least the undisputed part of the loss. Causation, the driver's conduct and possible shared liability are also being assessed.
The case is in juicio verbal for €1,200 under a direct claim against the insurer (acción directa). The claim, annexes and submissions responding to the insurer's procedural position have been prepared, including a request to disclose the medical report produced at the insurer's own initiative.
- initial complaint to the insurer as injured third party
- burofax requesting the opening of a claim file and communication channel
- medical documents and treatment confirmations
- police materials related to the traffic incident
- insurer denial response
- pre-court settlement offer (MASC)
- claim and later submissions in juicio verbal
In insurance disputes, verbal explanations are not enough. If an insurer stays silent, denies the claim without a complete basis or withholds documents, a written complaint, burofax, deadline tracking and proof of delivery can become part of the later court or regulator file.
Consumer vs large electronics retailer: refund after online purchase

Consumer vs large electronics retailer: refund after online purchase
A consumer bought goods online with pickup through a store/locker and exercised a partial right of withdrawal (desistimiento) for one item in the order within the legal deadline. According to the case documents, the store first refused to accept the return at the pickup point, then failed to provide workable return instructions, and later did not accept the shipped item while continuing to retain the money.
The dispute focuses on the consumer's right to withdraw from a distance purchase, the refund deadline and when risk shifts if the seller itself refuses to receive the goods. Return shipping costs, interest and moral damage are also claimed due to the prolonged loop between store, website, courier and store again.
RightNOW structured the documents, facts, consumer-law position and materials for juicio verbal. The interested person signed, filed and attended the hearing themselves; RightNOW did not represent them in court.
- online order and payment confirmation
- communications exercising the right of withdrawal (desistimiento)
- support tickets and retailer responses
- courier shipment confirmations
- pre-court settlement materials (MASC)
- juicio verbal claim and annexes
- post-hearing materials while awaiting the decision
Consumer disputes often look small until the money is stuck for months. If a company sends the customer in circles between store, website and courier, dates, instructions, return attempts, costs and every refusal to receive the item or refund the money need to be documented.

Bank customer vs bank: juicio verbal over retained cash deposit without a clear explanation
A customer deposited cash into a bank account, but the amount appeared as "retenido" — retained or blocked. According to the case documents, the bank did not give a concrete written explanation for weeks, redirected the customer back to a branch and did not identify what documents or steps were needed to release the money. The funds were later released, but only after several written complaints and a regulator complaint.
A bank may invoke KYC/AML checks — customer identification and anti-money-laundering controls under Ley 10/2010. But in court the key issue is evidence, not the label "AML": when and why the retention was activated, whether document requests existed, why it lasted for weeks and why the money was then released without a clear explanation. Moral damage is also claimed because the customer lost control over their own funds in a vulnerable personal situation.
RightNOW structured the timeline, bank complaints, regulator materials, oferta vinculante/MASC and the position for juicio verbal. The interested person signs, files and appears in the proceedings themselves; RightNOW does not represent them in court.
- bank statements and screenshots showing the "retenido" status
- written complaint to the bank customer service department (SAC)
- bank response without a concrete release mechanism
- complaint to the financial regulator
- burofax with oferta vinculante/MASC before court
- bank offer of partial compensation and customer response
- juicio verbal claim and later procedural materials
A bank block is not just a technical delay. If the bank gives no reason, no clear release route and holds a customer's own money for weeks, every written step becomes evidence: deposit date, retained status, bank replies, regulator complaint and the pre-court settlement attempt.
Bank customer vs bank: pre-court escalation over incoming-transfer restrictions
- RightNOW prepared an expanded bank complaint, structured the facts, separated the banking issue from medical and family details, explained the urgency around essential payments and prepared the next escalation level: Banco de España, the external financial-supervision channel and the equality/non-discrimination authority (Igualdad).
- At this stage, the aim is to obtain the bank's written position and try to resolve the issue before court.

Bank customer vs bank: pre-court escalation over incoming-transfer restrictions
A customer discovered a possible restriction on incoming credits to their main bank account. This is not about a disputed purchase, but about an account that may receive essential payments: professional income, tax refunds, social benefits and other lawful incoming transfers. The bank acknowledged receipt of the complaint but, according to the case documents, did not give a clear substantive answer: whether a restriction exists, when it started, which operations are affected and what steps are needed to restore normal account operation.
A bank can run checks on the customer, source of funds and transactions (KYC/AML, Ley 10/2010). But even during such checks, the customer needs a minimum operational route: which incoming payments will be accepted, which may be rejected, what documents are requested and which channel to use. A separate risk is possible indirect profiling by nationality, origin or migration status if measures are applied without an individual and verifiable justification.
RightNOW prepared an expanded bank complaint, structured the facts, separated the banking issue from medical and family details, explained the urgency around essential payments and prepared the next escalation level: Banco de España, the external financial-supervision channel and the equality/non-discrimination authority (Igualdad). At this stage, the aim is to obtain the bank's written position and try to resolve the issue before court.
- initial bank complaint and acknowledgement of receipt
- expanded complaint about incoming-payment restrictions
- evidence of possible essential incoming payments: tax refund, social benefits, professional payments
- documents linked to previous KYC/AML bank review
- description of possible indirect profiling indicators
- draft escalation to Banco de España and equality authority
When a bank stays unclear about the real account status, the customer does not know whether essential payments will arrive or be returned to sender. In these situations, written precision matters more than phone calls: will the account accept incoming transfers, which payment types are affected, what documents are missing and what legal basis the bank relies on.
Bank customer vs bank: Banco de España complaint over possible unequal treatment in access to banking services

Bank customer vs bank: Banco de España complaint over possible unequal treatment in access to banking services
A bank customer is preparing a complaint to Banco de España after a sequence of account-access and incoming-payment issues. According to the case documents, the customer asked the bank to clarify the status of the account, whether incoming credits were restricted, what documents were still required and what route existed to restore normal operation. The file also includes a chronology and orientation requests to public equality/inclusion channels about a possible discrimination concern in financial services.
The complaint is framed without stating that discrimination has been proven. It asks the supervisor to review whether the bank's conduct was sufficiently specific, individualized, documented and proportionate, especially if nationality, passport, foreigner status or international-protection status may have influenced the account treatment directly or indirectly. The practical issue is whether the customer received a clear written explanation and a workable route for essential incoming payments.
RightNOW organized the chronology, separated verifiable banking facts from sensitive personal details, prepared neutral wording for the Banco de España complaint and kept the position evidence-based: dates, written requests, acknowledgements, account-operation questions and the specific clarifications requested from the bank.
- chronology of account-opening, document requests and later account-operation issues
- bank emails and communications requesting account cancellation or clarification
- formal bank complaint and acknowledgement of receipt by customer service
- documents linked to KYC/AML checks and requested proof of activity or income
- orientation replies from equality/inclusion channels
- draft complaint to Banco de España with personal data minimized
In a bank-discrimination file, wording matters. A strong complaint should avoid conclusions before evidence is reviewed: identify the concrete banking decision, request the factual and legal basis, preserve the timeline and ask the competent body to examine whether the treatment was justified, non-arbitrary and properly communicated.

Patient vs Hospital Quirónsalud Barcelona: juicio verbal after Generalitat sanction for continuity-of-care issues
A patient went to a private hospital emergency department after surgery with signs of postoperative bleeding. According to the patient, urgent care and transfer to another hospital were not safely organized: the patient had to reach the receiving hospital independently. Later, Generalitat de Catalunya issued an administrative resolution on the same events and identified issues with continuity-of-care and patient-transfer protocols.
In this case, Hospital Quirónsalud Barcelona and IDCQ Hospitales y Sanidad, S.L.U. are named carefully and with attribution because they are expressly named in the Generalitat resolution and court documents. We do not publish doctors' names, full medical files, addresses, case numbers or third-party personal data. The civil case is still pending: the clinic disputes civil liability in court and argues that the care was appropriate.
The Generalitat resolution states that the hospital did not correctly apply its internal continuity-of-care protocol, did not apply the transfer protocol to another centre, did not organize a safe transfer, did not prepare a transfer report, did not record the receiving centre and did not follow up afterwards. The civil juicio verbal asks whether those circumstances support compensation for the patient's moral damage.
RightNOW structured the facts, administrative resolution, patient position, evidence requests and hearing request. The interested person signs, files and appears in the court process themselves; RightNOW does not represent them in court and does not act as a medical expert.
- patient complaints and pre-court settlement materials (MASC)
- medical documents in redacted scope
- Generalitat de Catalunya resolution in an administrative sanction procedure
- reference to a €5,000 sanction and voluntary payment after recognition of responsibility in the administrative procedure
- juicio verbal claim for moral-damage compensation
- clinic response disputing civil liability
- requests for evidence, official letters, hearing and videoconference
This is a consumer case about patient safety and continuity of care, not ordinary service dissatisfaction. When a private clinic sends a patient to another centre, the key questions are how the transfer was documented, who received the patient, whether a transfer report existed and who followed the patient's continuity of care.
