How to write to us
So we can review your situation accurately, tell us briefly where you are in the process and what you need. If your query is about a specific case, the fastest way is usually to start directly on the platform with NAVI.
Complaints and claims
If you want to submit a complaint about an order, subscription, payment, delivered document or the operation of the platform, write to info@right-now.es with the subject “Complaint”. Include your name, account email, order number if available, approximate date and a clear description of what happened. We will assign a reference or complaint number and send acknowledgement by email. We will reply in writing as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of one month from receipt of the complaint.
If the complaint concerns the processing of your personal data, write to info@right-now.es. You may also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your rights have not been handled properly.
Writing to us does not create a legal representation relationship and does not guarantee an outcome. For procedures that require a lawyer, gestor or mediator, we will let you know. We process your data in line with our Privacy policy.
