01 / Our mission
Give every person a practical way to act.
A right has little value if a person cannot understand how to use it. Our task is to close the gap between a rule on paper and a real action: explain the route, prepare the document, preserve evidence and show what comes next.
Access should not depend on whether someone can pay for professional help at the first step. We build a useful free entry point and add paid specialist work only where it creates real value.
Technology should reduce the cost and stress of routine procedures while keeping people in control of important decisions.

We study where everyday procedures fail people.
Our research grows from real administrative tasks, not abstract demos. We focus on three areas:
Verified procedural knowledge
How to connect a person’s situation to current official sources, deadlines and the correct sequence of actions.
Safe human–AI work
How AI, rules and specialist review can work together without hiding uncertainty or automating a decision that needs judgment.
03 / The problem with everyday AI
A fluent answer can still be the wrong action.
In administrative tasks, a plausible mistake can cost a deadline, expose personal data or send a person to the wrong authority. We design around the risks instead of treating them as rare exceptions.

04 / Sovereign models
AI that we can inspect, adapt and keep under control.
By sovereign models we mean models and knowledge systems that we can deploy and adapt in European infrastructure, with control over where data is processed, which sources are used, which version is running and how it is evaluated.
This does not make a model infallible. It makes responsibility visible: we can restrict a task, test failure cases, update a rule and know which component produced a recommendation.
General assistants such as ChatGPT or Gemini are built to answer almost anything. RightNOW is built for specific procedures: AI structures the situation, verified sources and rules constrain the route, and a person can review the result when the stakes are higher.
General-purpose assistant
Broad conversation and drafting across many topics. Useful for orientation, but it may not know the current procedure or the facts that change a legal route.
RightNOW
A focused workflow for a concrete task: collect facts, identify missing information, use official sources, prepare an action and escalate to human review when needed.
Built from the experience of facing the system alone.
RightNOW began with personal experience of Spanish bureaucracy: formal rights existed, but using them meant navigating unclear instructions, inaccessible appointments, delays and conflicting answers.
We are building the space between doing everything alone and hiring a lawyer immediately. When a case truly needs representation, we say so clearly and help make that handover.

ENISA-certified emerging company
RN Digital Rights, S.L., the company operating RightNOW, is certified by ENISA as an emerging company under Spain’s Law 28/2022. The certification recognises the innovative and scalable nature of the business model. It is not approval of individual services, documents or AI models and does not mean ENISA funding. Certification granted on 9 September 2026.

RightNOW participates in Microsoft for Startups and uses the programme’s technical resources to develop and test its infrastructure.
