RightNOW was born from personal experience — from going through Spain's administrative and legal system firsthand, learning where it breaks down, and deciding to turn that knowledge into something useful.
Spain is a country of laws. There are rights, courts and institutions designed to protect people. On paper, nobody is helpless. But real life often looks very different: bureaucracy is dense, procedures are confusing, and a person can live inside a legal system and still feel locked out of justice by complexity itself.
For migrants, it hits even harder — no local network, uncertain language, opaque procedures. Most people end up accepting small injustices and move on. RightNOW starts exactly where resignation usually wins.
When someone decides not to give up — goes through every step, studies the system, documents everything and finally begins to understand how power, bureaucracy and procedure really operate — a new impulse appears: to turn that hard-won experience into something useful for others.
That is the mission of RightNOW: to reduce the distance between a person and their rights. To give ordinary people — especially migrants, newcomers and anyone without connections, money or legal fluency — a real tool to push back. Not with slogans, but with structure, clarity and action.
We cover the space between doing nothing and going straight to a lawyer. That space needs the right written communication, a clear sequence of steps, and someone who won't let things fall through the cracks.
If a case does eventually need a lawyer, we connect you with a trusted legal partner — rather than leaving you to find one from scratch in the middle of a problem.
This guide is general information about Spanish law, not a legal opinion on your case. Rules change and outcomes depend on your own facts and documents — check your situation before you act on it.
The mission of RightNOW
To make self-protection easier. To make action clearer. To reduce the distance between a person and their rights — especially for those without connections, time or legal experience to fight a complex system alone.
Give a clear first step: a generator, a template, a sequence of actions.
Strengthen the position with a specialist's review when needed.
Take the case further through Action Plan and Case Management.
Unite people into collective petitions where the problem is systemic.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is behind RightNOW?
RightNOW was founded in Spain by Ivan Pustovalov. The team combines legal-tech engineers, immigration consultants, and labor-law specialists who live in Spain and deal with the same bureaucracy every day.
Is RightNOW licensed to give legal advice?
RightNOW automates document generation and complaint filing — activities that don't require a law license in Spain. For court representation, we connect you with licensed partner lawyers (colegiados).
What languages does RightNOW support?
The platform works in 11 languages: English, Spanish, Russian, French, Portuguese, Romanian, Arabic, Ukrainian, Polish, Dutch, and German. All generated legal documents are in correct Spanish regardless of your UI language.
How is RightNOW different from a gestor or lawyer?
A gestor handles paperwork for you (€200–€600 per procedure). A lawyer represents you in court. RightNOW gives you the tools to act yourself — generators, complaint drafters, case tracking — and escalates to professionals only when needed.
Can I try RightNOW before paying?
Yes. The NAVI intake and initial case assessment are free. You only pay when you choose a generator, action plan, or subscription that fits your situation.

About RightNOW Spain
Life in Spain is paperwork: residence, benefits, banks, rent, insurance, fines, work and consumer disputes. RightNOW Spain exists so you do not have to face all of it blindly.
What we do
We are an AI-supported platform for life in Spain. Our assistant NAVI helps you understand your situation, suggests a clear order of action and points to the next step. From there, the platform supports you: preparing and checking documents, generating claims and letters, managing your case and connecting you with specialists when needed.
Where we help
Residence and extranjería matters, including gestor-led handling.
Benefits and payments from INSS, SEPE and Social Security.
Banks, rent, insurance, fines and the traffic authority (DGT), plus town hall issues.
Work and consumer disputes.
Document preparation and review, and individual Action Plans.
How NAVI works
NAVI organizes your case through simple questions, identifies what you need and builds a step-by-step order of action. It is not magic or a black box: it is a tool that structures information and saves time, always with the option of human review.
What we are not
RightNOW is not a law firm and does not guarantee outcomes. Decisions are made by public bodies, banks, insurers and courts. When your case needs a lawyer, gestor or mediator, we say so clearly and help you take that step.
Who is behind it
