Success fee: 15% instead of 25%
If a specific product explicitly includes a success fee, Protection Plan members pay 15% instead of the standard 25%. It does not guarantee recovery; official, external and professional fees remain separate.

Clear expectations
- We do everything we can to make documents, deadlines and next steps correct, on time and as strong as possible.
- Spanish authorities, banks, insurers and courts decide independently. They can make mistakes; many mistakes can be challenged, but we cannot guarantee an outcome for reasons outside our control.
- Government fees, sworn translations and other external costs are separate and transparent. We do not mark them up.
What this plan is not
This plan is not insurance, legal-expenses insurance or a legal subscription from a law firm. RightNOW organises documents, notices, deadlines, routes and next steps. We do not guarantee the outcome before authorities, banks, insurers, courts or other third parties. If a situation requires a lawyer, gestor, mediator or another authorised professional, we will say so and contract that as a separate phase, with identity, scope and price before you continue.
