Terms and conditions
These terms govern the relationship between you and RN DIGITAL RIGHTS SL (NIF B88793708) for the use of RightNOW Spain. By using the platform, you accept them.
1. What we offer
RightNOW Spain is an informational, organisational and document-support service for life in Spain. Through NAVI and our tools, we structure your situation, define a route, prepare and review documents and track your case (residence through a gestor, benefits, banking, rent, insurance, fines, employment, consumer matters and more).
For these terms, an order is a specific request for a RightNOW service or product: a one-off document review or generation, consultation, Action Plan, case management, RightNOW Sent delivery, Protection Plan subscription or another product you expressly choose in the app or on the website. An order is completed when the service is delivered, the result is made available, the case is closed, the subscription ends or we confirm in writing that work has stopped.
Pre-contract information
Before payment, we show a summary of the selected product, the final price or applicable taxes, external costs not included, and links to these terms and the privacy policy. You can correct your contact details, billing details and selection before confirming payment. The contract is formed when you confirm the order and Stripe accepts the payment. Confirmation is shown on screen or sent by email where the technical flow allows it. The contract may be concluded in the language of the page/app version you are using.
Digital services require internet access, a modern browser, email and, in some cases, a user account. Access, documents, human review and external professional intervention may have different timelines depending on the product.
RightNOW is not a law firm and does not guarantee any outcome. Decisions are made by Extranjería, INSS, SEPE, DGT, the town hall, the tax agency, banks, insurers, courts or other organisations. NAVI and AI structure your situation, route, documents and next step, but do not replace individual legal advice from a lawyer where that is needed.
Where a procedure requires a licensed or registered professional (lawyer, gestor administrativo, mediator or other), we will tell you explicitly.
2. Your obligations
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data.
- Use the platform lawfully and for your own purposes.
- Review documents and information before submitting them to any body or third party.
3. Limits of artificial intelligence
NAVI may make mistakes or miss particularities of your case. The information it generates is indicative and should be reviewed. For a significant legal question, consult a professional.
The rules for processing prompts, documents, order context, contact data and anonymised statistics are set out in the Privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with external professionals or third parties without your consent, except where required by law or through technical processors acting under contract with RightNOW.
4. Prices, payments and taxes
Prices for paid services are shown before purchase, with applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Stripe.
RightNOW is addressed by default to consumers. If you contract as a company, self-employed person or professional, you must indicate this in the payment flow or by email and provide the tax details needed for invoicing: legal name, NIF/VAT ID where applicable and billing address. A VAT ID is the VAT identification number used for B2B sales, especially within the European Union.
You can request an invoice by writing to info@right-now.es. For consumers, we issue a receipt or invoice in line with the applicable rules and the data available. For companies or professionals, an invoice requires complete tax details and may not be possible to correct properly if those details are not provided in time.
5. External costs
Administrative fees, sworn translations, apostilles, notary costs, external professionals' fees and other third-party costs are paid separately and are not included unless expressly stated.
6. External professionals
When you work with a professional (lawyer, gestor, mediator) through the platform, the professional relationship is between you and that professional, who acts under their own responsibility and professional rules. RightNOW provides the organisation and the connection, not the reserved professional service.
7. Ending the service and refunds
You may notify us at any time that you no longer wish to continue the relationship with RightNOW Spain. If you have a paid subscription, you can cancel it so that it does not renew, and we will refund unused subscription days where applicable.
If you contract as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw where the law allows it. For digital products or services that start immediately, before work begins we may ask for your express consent to start during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that, once performance has started or been completed as allowed by law, you may lose the right of withdrawal. This includes, for example, document generation, human review, preparation of an Action Plan, sending communications or starting case management.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can write to info@right-now.es with the subject “Desistimiento”, indicating your name, account email, product or order, contract date and your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may grant refunds in exceptional cases and will do so where a failure attributable to RightNOW prevented delivery of the service or materially affected the result delivered. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
8. Intellectual property
The brand, software and content of the platform belong to RN DIGITAL RIGHTS SL or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RN DIGITAL RIGHTS SL is not liable for third-party decisions, for information provided by the user or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
10. Suspension and term

11. Complaints, claims and dispute resolution
If you have an issue with an order, subscription, payment or the operation of the platform, write to info@right-now.es with your name, account email, order number if available and a clear description of what happened. These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you may contact the competent consumer authorities and any alternative dispute resolution bodies that apply in Spain or the European Union. We do not mention or offer a Confianza Online complaint route until RightNOW has a valid official listing.
